Covid-19 Safety Protocols
At the direction of our governor, Atlanta Hearing Associates closed for the month of April, followed by a slow re-opening for the month of May. We now have resumed our normal scheduling by offering the following ways to accommodate your hearing healthcare needs.
We are following the CDC guidelines that require social distancing, masks, gloves and disinfection after each patient visit. Patients will be required to wear masks and wash hands prior to being seen. We are providing full services using one of the following:
Curbside Service
For patients that require a quick assessment of hearing aid performance, we are offering curbside front door parking. After parking, call the office number and an Audiologist/Clinician will retrieve the hearing aids for assessment. Then the audiologist/clinician will advise you whether you need to be seen in the office. You will be required to follow the CDC guidelines mentioned above.
Office Visits
Office visits include hearing aid adjustments, wax removal, annuals, end of warranty, demo and new evaluations.
Remote Support
Patients with smartphones can be accessed remotely by calling one of our offices. A clinician will connect to your hearing aids via your smartphone. We can make adjustments, assess your hearing thresholds, reprogram your hearing aids, and send links on how to change wax guards, check battery charge, and many other functions via remote care.
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve all your hearing healthcare needs. While we are all adapting to the new normal.
